Website content is general in nature and is not tax, legal, or investment advice. Viewing the site or making an inquiry does not create an accountant-client relationship. Professional services begin only after John accepts the engagement and both parties complete the required written agreement.
Initial inquiries
Do not include Social Security numbers, tax documents, bank information, identity documents, passwords, or other sensitive data in a general inquiry. A secure document process is provided after the matter and engagement are confirmed. An inquiry or scheduled call does not extend a filing, payment, or notice-response deadline.
Third-party services
The inquiry flow uses Calendly for scheduling. When you continue to scheduling, the non-confidential details you entered are passed to Calendly to prefill the booking. This site also links to Encyro for secure client communication, Typeform for a detailed individual return questionnaire when John requests it, and LinkedIn for professional background. Information provided to those services is governed by their terms and privacy practices.
Technical information
Hosting and linked service providers may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and request logs to operate and protect their services. This site does not provide a public tax-document upload field.
Confidentiality
Confidential client information received within an established professional relationship is handled in accordance with applicable professional standards and the agreed engagement. Public website communications should not be treated as a secure substitute for the designated client portal.
